Load Backrest

There are several different ways of ordering the correct load backrest for your forklift. All we need is the carriage width, the class of the forklift and tell us the height of the load backrest you are requesting.

Forks

Medlin Ramps also offers a variety of forks for most all makes and models of forklifts. We offer a full line of class 2 ITA, class 3 ITA and class 4 ITA. All forks carried by Medlin Ramps are forged with high strength alloy steel and meet all world wide specifications. Fork Extensions

Need to lift long loads or pallets? It’s no problem with a pair of Medlin manufactured fork extensions. Our fork extensions are fabricated in California with heavy duty steel channel for maximum strength and durability. User friendly extensions are easy to install and a great option as opposed to buying expensive forks. Fork extensions extend your forks 50% of their length (per OSHA), but longer units can be made by boxing or reinforcing them. Just provide us with your existing fork dimensions and the desired length you are looking for, and we will help you choose the best extension for your application.

Carpet Pole

Use the Medlin carpet pole for all your rolled carpet or similar materials. Our carpet poles are fabricated with a heavy duty carbon steel back plate and a 4130 alloy steel ram for superior strength. Choose from class 2 or class 3 units, with pole diameters of 2.5″ to 3″. Standard lengths are 10′ and 12′ but shorter lengths are available upon request. Our 2.5″ diameter model comes with an 1,100 lb capacity, and are 2.75″ diameter model comes with a 1500 lb capacity. Note that all capacities are based on a 72″ load center.

Carpet Pole-Fork Mounted

This carpet pole is designed for the operator that must utilize the use of forks and the carpet pole. This unit also uses a high strength alloy ram. accommodates a up to a 2″ x 5″ fork. Comes standard in 10′ and a 1500 lb capacity at a 72″ load center.

Carpet Pole-Fork Mounted Inverted

Similar to the fork mounted unit , the inverted carpet pole has all the same features and the ability to utilize more usable length. accommodates up to a 36″ roll. Comes standard 10′ length and a 1500 lb capacity at a 72″ load center.

Trailer Spotter

Trailer spotters are a fast and economical way to move trailers of almost any size easily and safely. We use a dual pocket design that utilizes both forks for superior strength. We offer standard 2″ receiver, 5th wheel or the deluxe model gives you both. Attaches by slide pin bolt or chain. Remember OSHA frowns on holes in forks, so call for a quote today.

Jib Boom

The Jib Boom is the perfect way to lift equipment out of tight areas. Fabricated with structural steel and meets all industry standards. All booms are built to customer applications. Comes with a safety chain and swivel hook and shackle. 500lb to 6000lb capacities are available.

Angle Boom

The newest member of the Medlin boom family. The angle boom is perfect for lifting and storing product that exceeds the normal mast height of the forklift you are using. Comes in 2 through 6 thousand pound capacities. All units come standard with a safety chain and swivel hook and shackle.

Jib Picker

Use the fork mounted jib picker to safely lift and relocate almost anything. The fork mounted unit offers superior strength and safety. Accommodates up to a 2″ x 5″ fork (larger sizes available). Comes with 4k capacity swivel hook and safety chain.

Fork Picker

Similar to the jib picker the fork picker offers all same features as the jib but utilizes much less of the fork. Also comes with 4k capacity swivel hook and safety chain.

5TH Wheel Trailer Puller with Air Connect

Moving 5th wheel trailers is a snap with the Medlin 5th wheel trailer puller. This unit also comes with a 10 gal air tank to unlock the brakes. Unit comes standard with heavy duty full length pockets and safety chain.
